Grievance Support Portal
Independent workplace grievance management, guidance and organisational support. A secure platform for organisations to raise workplace concerns, access independent grievance support and coordinate fair and appropriate responses.
Workplace issues should not wait until they become formal complaints.
Many workplace concerns begin as early signs: conflict, poor communication, perceived unfairness, stress, team tension, manager behaviour concerns, or uncertainty about how to handle a grievance. Without a clear process, they can escalate into formal disputes, reputational risk, employee distress or leadership strain. The SAFEteam™ Grievance Support Portal gives employers a structured way to raise concerns early and receive professional support.

Frequently asked questions
Is this for employees to submit directly?
By default, the portal is designed for HR, management and authorised organisation representatives. Employee-facing access can be enabled if the organisation chooses that setup.
Is this a legal service?
No. SAFEteam™ provides governance support, triage, counselling access, conflict support, mediation coordination, training, documentation support and workplace fairness readiness guidance. Legal advice should be obtained from qualified legal professionals.
Are counselling notes shared with HR?
No. Counselling notes are confidential and are not shared with HR or management. Any reporting is limited to consent-based or anonymised governance information, unless there are legal, safety or professional obligations to escalate.
What happens after we submit a concern?
SAFEteam™ reviews the concern, classifies the risk level, recommends the appropriate support pathway, and assigns the matter to a suitable SAFEteam™ professional.
Can we use this before a formal grievance is raised?
Yes. The portal is designed for early intervention before concerns escalate into formal grievances or disputes.
Can we upgrade later?
Yes. Organisations can start with the Essential Support plan and upgrade to managed governance support as needed.
